Two agricultural blocks for sale in South Shropshire

Two excellent blocks of agricultural land have come on the market for sale in South Shropshire with Berrys.

At Cleobury Mortimer, Berrys is offering 34.74 acres (14.06 hectares) of arable land at Upper Bransley Farm, located outside the town of Cleobury Mortimer with good road access off the Tenbury road, which is off the main A4117. The predominant soil type is Bromyard, a well-drained soil suitable for arable and livestock enterprises. The land has been farmed in an arable rotation for many years.

Another ring fenced block of agricultural land is available at Rushbury near Church Stretton  which Berrys is offering as a whole or in two lots with a total guide of £320,000 For the 40.50 acres (16.39 hectares).

The land is located to the south east of the village of the village of Rushbury and comprises 35.07 acres of arable land, 1.46 acres of pasture land and permanent access tracks to the fields.  The land has road access, its own natural water supply and is suitable for arable farming or the grazing of livestock or horses.  Click here to view the sales particulars for this land.
