Michael Marshall is the first senior architect to join Berrys. He has more than 20 years’ design experience on a wide variety of built projects, some of which have been award winning. Projects ranged in size and complexity between one-off individual dwellings, leisure buildings, offices, education and multi-use developments.

Tim Hayter, the new Senior Architectural Technician, qualified with a BSc Honours in Computer Aided Design in 2001, following a period in the Royal Navy. Before joining Berrys he spent 15 years with Ridge & Partners and is highly proficient in AutoCAD and has in-depth knowledge of current building regulations and planning requirements.

Berrys opened the office at Worton Park, Cassington, Oxford earlier this year to cater for the growing demand in the area for property services, particularly commercial and lettings.

“We are delighted to welcome Michael and Tim to our growing team at Oxford. Business is increasing month on month and they will be able to provide the design and architectural services previously being covered by our other offices,” said James Steel, Berrys partner and Head of Development and Project Management at the Oxford office.

Also based at Oxford are Simon Priscott, property management consultant, Marcel Petrie, head of commercial lease advisory and Wendy Cox, administrator.
