St Benedict's School site, Bury St Edmunds


Bury St Edmunds is an affluent market town located within the county of Suffolk, some 25 miles north-west of Ipswich and approximately 40 miles south-west of Norwich. The town has a population in excess of 40,000 persons and a catchment population of over 260,000 people (2011 census). The town has a railway station which provides regular services to Peterborough, Cambridge and Ipswich.

The property is located in a highly prominent position immediately to the south of Bury St Edmunds town centre. The property is accessible from St Andrews Street South and borders the A1302 Parkway to the south and west. Immediately to the north is residential properties on Old Convent Orchard and a Waitrose superstore, Halford and TX Maxx on Robert Boby Way.
