Insurance:
The landlord will be responsible for keeping insured the premises and the landlord’s furniture/fittings. Tenants are obliged to take out Tenant’s Contents Insurance. If you do not already have Contents Insurance please contact Berrys for a quote. If you are already insured or wish to use an alternative provider you must provide proof of insurance prior to the letting commencing.
