MAJOR APPLICATION: OUTLINE PLANNING APPLICATION FOR A COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPRISING OF PETROL FILLING STATION, RESTAURANT WITH DRIVE-THRU FACILITY, HOTEL AND PUBLIC HOUSE ON LAND TO THE SOUTH OF LLANDILOES ROAD, NEWTOWN, POWYS

Berrys place a great deal of importance on community involvement and engagement with stakeholders to ensure that development proposals achieve the best possible outcomes.

In this regard, Berrys would welcome comments on a commercial development (comprising of petrol filling station, restaurant with drive-thru facility, hotel and public house) on land south of Llanidloes Road, Newtown, during a consultation period ending on 24 December 2021. Any comments received after the 24 December 2021 may not be taken into account.
