Free advice available at agricultural shows

Farmers and landowners are being invited to visit Berrys’ stand at agricultural shows across the region for a welcome sit down, refreshments and a chat to take their mind off the weather and other such vagaries of the industry.

Staff at Berrys will be available on the stand to give free advice on a range of issues such as planning and development, cross compliance, renewable energy, CAP reform, tenancy matters and land and farm sales.

You can drop in on their stand at Newport Show on Saturday, July 13, Nantwich Show on Wednesday, July 31 Burwarton Show on Thursday, August 1, Oswestry Show on Saturday, August 3, and Minsterley Show on Saturday, August 17. Berrys will also be taking a stand at Blakesley Show in Northamptonshire on August 3 and Cheshire Ploughing Match on September 25.

“Visitors are welcome to pop onto the stand for light refreshments at any time of the day and this year we will be serving afternoon tea from 2pm,” said Hollie Savage, practitioner at Berrys’ Shrewsbury office.
