Charity quiz to boost funds for Air Ambulance

Professional firms from across Cheshire and Manchester are being invited to put their heads together at charity quiz being organised by chartered surveyors Berrys to raise funds for the North West Air Ambulance.
Berrys will be returning to the Cresta Court Hotel, Altrincham on Thursday November 21, to stage another charity quiz after the popularity of previous events. Last year’s event raised more than £300 and helped push Berrys’ fund raising achievement to more than £5,000 since the company adopted Air Ambulance as its recognised charity last year.
The Air Ambulance is an independent charity providing a life saving, rapid response emergency service to millions of people across the country. It flies seven days a week, 365 days a year, covering a vast landscape that not only includes towns, cities and motor ways but also rural areas and isolated locations.
“A fact which is quite shocking to people is that Air Ambulance receive no government or Lottery funding, and depend on fundraisers like this,” said Emily Barber, marketing manager of Berrys’ based at the Northwich office.
“We are hoping as many people as possible will attend so we can raise funds for this very worthy cause,” she added.
Teams of four are invited to enter the quiz on November 21st – please contact Emily Barber on 01606818963 or email email@example.com
