An opportunity has arisen for a senior Building Surveyor to join Berrys’ busy and expanding Building Consultancy team. This individual would be based in the Shrewsbury office, with a Graduate Building Surveyor reporting to them, and be responsible to the Head of Building Consultancy based in our Kettering office. The role is primarily focused on commercial property building surveying but an understanding of residential surveys is desirable.
An individual with excellent organisational, interpersonal and time management skills is sought. A new role of Marketing Assistant has been created to assist the Marketing Manager covering all the offices, but based within the Shrewsbury office. Duties will include although not be confined to event organisation, set up and attendance; co-ordination of e-marketing, direct mail and internal marketing campaigns; co-ordination of social media and other digital marketing platforms and basic website management and maintenance
The business has expanded and a new role for an HR Administrator has been created to cover all the offices, but based within the Shrewsbury office. Duties will include although not be confined to recruitment, employment, internal communication, induction, employee handbook, HR issues, graduate recruitment and sourcing training providers.
