HR Administrator - part-time - Shrewsbury

Berrys is a leading firm of chartered surveyors, chartered town planners, property and business consultants. It has five offices in the UK, in Herefordshire, Northamptonshire, Shropshire and Cheshire with clients nationwide. The business has expanded and a new role for a part-time HR Administrator has been created to cover all the offices, but based within the Shrewsbury office.

Graduate Planner - Hereford

Berrys offer a complete planning and development service from initial site assessment and feasibility advice, preparing detailed building designs, and obtaining planning and building regulation consents. We have chartered town planners and surveyors in all of our offices. We are seeking a proactive recent graduate to become part of their busy and expanding town planning and surveying practice in their new central Hereford office. Graduates would be expected to have gained relevant work experience and to have excelled in their course. Interest in all aspects of planning and a high level of computer literacy would be required. A driving licence is required. The successful applicant would be involved in a wide range of projects, assisting colleagues in all aspects of planning, from site visits and research to putting together applications, supporting documents and appeals.

Residential Valuer - Towcester

A residential valuer role has arisen in our busy and expanding team based in our Towcester office in South Northamptonshire, primarily focused on provision of valuation reports and advice to housing associations and private clients. The ability to deliver valuation and homebuyer reports is essential; knowledge of site appraisals and advising housing associations in general is desirable.
