Our planning team has over 100 years of collective experience in the delivery of every kind of planning application. We serve a large and expanding client base, across a broad range of sectors – from outset to completion. To support this work we provide in-house architectural services to existing and new customers with agricultural, residential, commercial and development property interests. Our portfolio of work has grown to such an extent there is now a need to appoint an additional architectural technician to join our established team of architectural technicians, headed up by a Design Manager.
Our planning department is an integral and fast-expanding part of the firm. The team has extensive experience in the delivery of every kind of planning application, appeal and supporting document. Our strengths lie in the attention to detail we apply to every aspect of a planning project, across a broad range of sectors – from outset to completion. We offer a complete planning and development service from initial site assessment and feasibility advice, preparing detailed building designs, and obtaining planning and building regulation consents. We have chartered town planners and surveyors in all of our offices. Based in our Northwich office, the role will involve providing a full range of services to our existing and expanding client base and to develop new business opportunities.
A residential valuer role has arisen in our busy and expanding team based in our Towcester office in South Northamptonshire, primarily focused on provision of valuation reports and advice to housing associations and private clients. The ability to deliver valuation and homebuyer reports is essential; knowledge of site appraisals and advising housing associations in general is desirable.
