Agency Administrator - Kettering

A role has arisen for an experienced administrator based in the Kettering office to provide support and organisation to the Agency Property Team. The successful applicant will have proven administration abilities, be well organised, able to work under their own initiative and to strict timescales. An interest in property related matters is beneficial, but full training will be provided. Agency experience is not essential if technical standards are excellent The role will involve liaison with clients within the office and by telephone. The applicant will need to be professional, friendly and articulate.

Architectural Technician - Hereford

Our planning team has over 100 years of collective experience in the delivery of every kind of planning application. We serve a large and expanding client base, across a broad range of sectors – from outset to completion. To support this work we provide in-house architectural services to existing and new customers with agricultural, residential, commercial and development property interests. Our portfolio of work has grown to such an extent there is now a need to appoint an architectural technician to service the clients of the new central Hereford office.

Planning Consultant - Multiple locations

Across the business, there are ten qualified planners, three architectural technicians and a Design Manager, providing an in-house architectural design service which further enhances the services we can offer existing and new customers both in urban and rural scenarios. Berrys is seeking a proactive planning consultant to become part of their busy surveying and town planning practice in either their Towcester or Kettering offices.

Administrator - Shrewsbury

A new opportunity has arisen for a proactive and flexible individual to join the Shrewsbury office and take on the role of administrator within a busy team. This role will support several surveyors in the delivery of their work and assist in the smooth running of the office. The role includes typing of correspondence and reports, diary management and making appointments.

Civil Engineer - Highways & Drainage - Shrewsbury

An opportunity has arisen for a Highways & Drainage Engineer. The position is based at our Shrewsbury office with work predominantly based in our Planning & Development service. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Planning. The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop the service within the business, eventually leading a team in this specialism.

Building Surveyor - Kettering

An opportunity has arisen for a senior Building Surveyor to join Berrys’ busy and expanding Building Consultancy team, based in the Kettering office, being responsible to the Head of Building Consultancy. The role is primarily focused on commercial property building surveying but an understanding of residential surveys is desirable.

Graduate Surveyor - Hereford

Berrys is always interested in the next generation, and that is why we pride ourselves on our graduate recruitment and training policy. We regularly recruit graduates across all areas of property and business, and are dedicated to providing the best training and support possible. We offer training contracts to graduate surveyors and graduate planning consultants and are always interested in meeting high quality graduates throughout the year. Residential Valuer - Towcester

A residential valuer role has arisen in our busy and expanding team based in our Towcester office in South Northamptonshire, primarily focused on provision of valuation reports and advice to housing associations and private clients. The ability to deliver valuation and homebuyer reports is essential; knowledge of site appraisals and advising housing associations in general is desirable.
