This role is predominately administration technical support within the growing commercial property development, investment and occupier services. It is a new and exciting role, where the successful candidate will be able to shape the scope of the role as they develop and gain experience. The role will be split between working on projects with the Head of Commercial Agency and acting in an administrative role to support his work and that of the wider team. This role will provide direct and close working relationships with senior / executive representatives of clients and therefore a professional personality is important to the role.

We offer a complete planning and development service from initial site assessment and feasibility advice, preparing detailed building designs, and obtaining planning and building regulation consents. This individual would be based in the Shrewsbury office, with a Graduate Building Surveyor reporting to them, and be responsible to the Head of Building Consultancy based in our Kettering office.
