Expansion continues at Herefordshire office of Berrys

Berrys continues to expand with the appointment of a new graduate surveyor in Herefordshire. Beth Hanson has joined the expanding team based at Newchurch Farm, Kinnersley near Hereford as graduate surveyor to assist Berrys’ partner Ben Corbett with valuation work and planning consultant Graham Clark with planning applications as well as helping surveyor Vicky Price with other general professional matters.
A farmer’s daughter from a mixed farm in Herefordshire, Beth recently completed her BSc degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University. As part of her course she worked a 12-month placement in Shropshire gaining experience in a wide range of professional work including valuations for bank lending, basic payment scheme applications, agri-environmental schemes, compensation claims, estate management, planning and sales of land.
While working at Berrys, Beth will be gaining experience and studying towards her Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ professional examinations and she also aspires to become a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Outside of work she is a keen member of Dilwyn YFC and enjoys playing netball with a local team.

Berrys opened its office in Herefordshire in October 2013 and since then has gone from strength to strength building up a diverse client base across Herefordshire and bordering counties.
