Farmers and rural businesses are being invited to visit Berrys at Herefordshire Hub Rural Business Advice Day which takes place on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Three Counties Hotel, Belmont Road, Hereford, HR2 7BP between 12 noon and 6pm.

Entry to the event is free and as well as offering free advice on their stand Berrys will team up with the CLA for the 2pm presentation entitled “Letting out your land / farm buildings / cottages? – Get it right and avoid the pitfalls.”

“There are many things to consider before letting out property and we will be covering subjects such as compliance with statutory requirements when renting out dwellings, getting holiday lets right and making sure you have the correct agreement in place for farm buildings and land as well as any non-agricultural activities taking place,” said Vicky Price, a chartered surveyor at Berrys Hereford Office.

“We will also be launching our latest promotion offer for free business advice so make sure you visit out stand during the advice day,” she added.
