£2.3 million guide for 177-acre arable block with buildings in Shropshire

An excellent block of arable land with modern farm buildings extending to approximately 177.27 acres (71.74 hectares) is for sale through Berrys with a guide price of £2.3 million.

The land and buildings at Little Ness, Nesscliffe, Shropshire are freehold and offered for sale by formal tender to be submitted by 12pm on Tuesday, October 24.
