Farmland and buildings for sale at Halfway House

Informal tenders are being invited for 18.86 acres (7.63 hectares) of farmland and buildings at Halfway House, Shrewsbury, Shropshire which is on the market for sale with Berrys with a guide price of £245,000.

The property is located west of Halfway House, eight miles from Welshpool and 10 miles from Shrewsbury, and includes permanent pasture with pool, agricultural buildings and yard.

The pool extends to approximately 2.20 acres (0.89 hectares) and is a former claypit. The 16.21 acres (6.56 hectares) land comprises Grade 3, level pasture land. The buildings are varying in condition with some providing secure, dry storage or good livestock accommodation.

The agricultural buildings and yard can be directly accessed off the A458 and have electricity and mains water. The land has a natural water supply from the claypit pool.

The property is offered for sale by informal tender, as a whole or in lots as required. Best and final offers must be submitted in writing using the tender form to the sole selling agent Berrys’ Shrewsbury office by 12.00 pm Friday, August 9.

Tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope and marked “Land at and agricultural buildings at Halfway House Tender” to arrive no later than 12.00pm Friday, August 9.
